I had a great time during my stay at this fantastic residence. The rooms were spacious and had excellent air conditioning. The highlight of our trip was spending time by the pool, where the kids could enjoy themselves all day long. There was plenty of pool entertainment for both adults and children. The buffet breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of delicious options. The convenience of having a supermarket just a short walk away was also a plus.

By accident we booked a double room instead of a twin room. When we got there we asked if they had any twin rooms available. They did not at the time, so they upgraded us to a suite apartment with no extra cost. The staff is all very kind and helpful. I recommend Prinsotel La Pineda to everyone!!

I recently stayed at Prinsotel for a week-long vacation and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel was beautifully designed with a cohesive aesthetic throughout. The cleanliness was impeccable and the bathroom had a spa-like feel with soothing colors and a luxurious bath. I was pleasantly surprised to find a conditioner provided along with the shampoo and bath gel. The lift was quick and convenient, and there was a pleasant scent throughout the property. I loved having a balcony with a drying rack and the various light options in the room allowed for a personalized ambiance. Additionally, I could enjoy live music from my balcony without being too close to the crowd. my stay at Prinsotel was truly enjoyable.

The hotel has good selection of facilities, great breakfast, and is on short walking distance to the city center/marina and 5 min. to the beach.

We got big apartment, overlooking the streets. During the nights it was very noisy due to the traffic and we had hard time to sleep. Also the walls are so thin, we were hearing our neighbor's TV all the time, as well as anybody that’s on the staircase.

Perfect situation, friendly staff, spacious room, diverse buffet, nice swimming pool, good breakfasts.

The appartment was large and nicely furnished, with two balconies. Walking distance from the seaside promenade. Close to the supermarket.

The hotel is located at least 1.5-2 km from the nearest beach (not 500 m) and not in the pine forest but at the street(s). Rather noisy at night. The hotel used to turn off central air-conditioning at night. This happened on the first 2-3 days of our stay and substantially disturbed sleep. No room cleaning the day before our departure.

I enjoyed the rexlaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The various facilities were great. I am returning in two months.

it was awful with small children! trampoline didn't work, elevator was too narrow for baby pram, there was neither microwave nor kettle.The territory wasn't fenced. We understand why so few toddlers and babies in the hotel.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, the great facilities available, including the swimming pools and tennis courts, the ample parking space, and the excellent transportation options. The location is perfect, close to the beach and within walking distance of the city centre. Moreover, the staff who attended to us were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the town centre. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. I particularly enjoyed the terrace, where I could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The dining options were great, with a restaurant and snack bar offering delicious meals and refreshing drinks. The staff did their best to deliver great service, and the manager and staff made sure I had a memorable stay.

Prinsotel La Pineda is my go-to place in Cala Ratjada. Staff is friendly, accommodating, remembering little things like bringing me a bottle of water at night. With its endless amenities, from Wi-Fi to spa services, it suits me perfectly. Can't wait to come back this weekend!

I had a lovely time during my stay. The rooms were always clean and well-equipped, with a spa-like bathroom and various light options to set the mood. The level of cleanliness could have been better. I noticed some food rest on the dishes and the linens were not satisfactory.
